We Confirm Your Booking
We review your request and confirm if your date is available. Once confirmed, we'll send your invoice and next steps.

Pay your deposit to lock in your booking. Your date is officially reserved once payment is received.

Delivery & Setup
We deliver, set up, and ensure everything is clean and safe before your event. You just enjoy your day!

Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll send over your rental agreement and an invoice to complete the booking process.

Do you deliver?
Yes! We deliver to Owasso, Tulsa, Broken Arrow, and surrounding areas. If you are unsure whether we service your location, contact us and we'll be happy to let you know.
Is setup included?
Yes! We handle setup and takedown for all inflatables and rentals. (Excluding tables/chairs)
What happens when it rains or there's strong wind?
Your safety is our priority. If severe weather is expected, we'll work with you to reschedule your rental at no additional charge. If weather prevents setup, we'll discuss available options with you. Once equipment has been delivered and set up no refunds will be issued, regardless of weather changes.
How much space is needed?
The space required depends on the inflatable you choose. We can help determine the right size for your yard or venue before your event.
How long can I keep my rental?
All standard rentals include up to 6 hours of rental time. We'll coordinate a delivery and pickup time with you before your event. If you need additional time, let us know- we may be able to accommodate extended rentals for an additional fee, depending on availability.
Can I rent tables and chairs without an inflatable?
Absolutely! tables, chairs, yard, games, and balloon decor can all be rented separately.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. a $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date. Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. the remaining balance is due before the day of your event.
Are your inflatables cleaned?
Absolutely! every inflatable, table, chair, and rental item is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before each event.
How do I reserve my event?
simply complete our Request Availability form. We'll confirm availability as quickly as possible and send you an invoice to secure your booking.
